Slow orders, lack of communication and wrong sizing

Despite paying for 1 day shipping, the fleece took almost 2 weeks to arrive and when I tried phone your helpline multiple times I received no response. In addition, I emailed your contact email 3 times chasing up this product and received no reply which is incredibly unprofessional. Furthermore, when the fleece arrived it was much larger than described online and despite the bigger style I believe I was sent a size too large with the wrong size tag on it. I won’t be ordering from here again and think this whole process has been poor.
