We aim to get all parcels shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays when they will be shipped the next working day.
Postage is via Royal Mail 2nd class and should arrive within 5 working days in the UK.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange the item for a different size / colour, please return the item(s) to the following address in their original condition within 30 days of purchase and let us know whether you require refund or exchange and we will issue on receipt of goods. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty / wrongly supplied and a refund is made.

• We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as the items are your responsibility until they are received by us. • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. • The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via a time guaranteed service.
Faulty / wrongly supplied items
If the item you received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, the details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty or wrongly supplied items to return them to us.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
