Not responding to my emails

After receiving the item I ordered mistakenly wrong size, I sent the item back and emailed about the size exchange. Nothing. No reply. I emailed many times, tried to reach out via live chat- absolutely no one to reply. I also haven’t got my money back. Totally unacceptable.

Good Quality Poor Service

My jacket just arrived to NZ & it appears to go good quality. Unfortunately when ordering, I have selected small & no matter how many times I emailed I never once heard back from them. Any time this has happened with another retailer they have just corrected via email & everyone's happy. Its a shame cos I like the brand but living on the otherside of the world I can't take the risk. Thanks
